Glow Up Circle: A Focus on Self-Love is a trauma support group designed to help young female-identifying adults (ages 18-35) process trauma, build resilience, and embrace self-love. Using grounding exercises, education on trauma-informed approaches like EMDR, and narrative therapy techniques, participants will gain tools to support healing and personal growth. This group is for young adults (18-35) that identify as female. This group is LGBTQIA+ affirming and trauma-informed.
- When: Tuesdays from 6-7:30 pm starting 4/15/2025
- Where: 5306 Six Forks Rd, Raleigh, NC 27604
- Cost: $50 per session or a discounted rate of $250 for those who pay in full in advance (reduced fee sessions are available as needed)
- Initial Consultation: A free, 15 minute individual consultation call will be required prior to joining to ensure the group is a good fit.
- Therapeutic Approach: Sessions will include psychoeducation, grounding skills, and support from peers, offering space for meaningful processing in a supportive environment.

Glow Up Support Circle is a support group for individuals that have completed Glow Up Circle: A Focus on Self-Love and want to continue receiving support around their experience while having a space to practice the skills learned in the group. This group is for young adults (18-35) that identify as female. This group is LGBTQIA+ affirming and trauma-informed.
- When: Wednesdays from 6-7 pm starting 3/26/2025 for a total of 6 sessions (more sessions may be added as determined by the group)
- Where: Virtual via Zoom
- Cost: $30 per session (reduced fee sessions are available as needed)
- Therapeutic Approach: Sessions will include practice of grounding skills and support from peers, offering space for meaningful processing in a supportive environment.
