You deserve a life filled with joy and inner peace, and that journey begins with truly understanding yourself and your story. Think of me as your guide to healing—I'm a person who's genuinely dedicated to your well-being. As someone who deeply understands trauma and shares the perspective of being a queer therapist, I offer a space where our shared experiences can foster genuine connection and growth.
Reaching out to a therapist can be intimidating but take a moment (and a deep breath) to reach out to me and see how I can help.
I can see clients in-person in Raleigh, NC or virtually in NC. I have limited availability and will be on a short waitlist soon.
I am in-network with BlueCross BlueShield (BCBS), Aetna, Cigna/Evernorth, Optum/United Healthcare, TriCare, CareFirst, Oscar Health, and Oxford. I can provide a superbill for out-of-network coverage and have self-pay sessions available for $150/individual session.
I also offer a limited number of low-cost sessions between $40-70/session depending on financial need through OpenPath.
*I do not currently have availability for sliding scale sessions.
I specialize in supporting those between the ages of 16 and 35 impacted by trauma. I am also passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+ clients; as a queer therapist, representation is important to me. I have experience supporting those impacted by anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-harming behaviors, suicidal ideation, and/or addiction.
I offer a free 15 minute consultation call to help answer any questions you may have and to ensure that I will be the best fit for your needs. Click the button below to schedule now!
